My name is Rhea Joseph. I created "Shining A Spotlight" in October, 2022 as a junior in High School. I am now a Sophomore in college and plan to continue my podcast and website.

Friends and family describe me as loyal, kind, caring, and dependable. I enjoy spending time with my friends and family, traveling, and goofing around.

 

I have been playing tennis from the age of 5 and it played a very important part of my life. I competed in the USTA Junior tennis circuit and played on the High School Varsity tennis team. I currently am a student at the Kelley School of Business studying Business Management. My goal for this year is to to delve deeper into the consulting world, as that is where my passion lies.

I have lived in Virginia my whole life. I dream of working and living in New York City! I want to establish my own business and be a successful entrepreneur. I believe strongly that to build a strong community around us, everyone should actively contribute and participate. This is what I hope to achieve through my platform, Shining a Spotlight!
